NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Law Enforcement – Nurse Licensing Issues

Date/Time:             Friday, September 1, 2006
                             12:00 noon – 1:30 pm

                             Oregon State Capitol Building
                             Salem, Oregon

On Friday, September 1, 2006, the Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ) and Board of Nursing will hold a public hearing to accept recommendations for improvement in coordination and cooperation between law enforcement organizations and the Board.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend. Speakers will be limited to ten minutes. Interested parties are encouraged to submit written comments to DOJ in advance of the hearing.
