PRESS CONFERENCE ON TOP 10 CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FOR 2008

What: Attorney General John Kroger, legislative leaders and a scam victim will talk about important consumer issues. Kroger will release annual Top 10 Consumer Complaint list and answer calls to the Department of Justice's Consumer Complaint Hotline.

When: Thursday, March 5, at 9:45 a.m.

Where: AG's Consumer Protection Office: 340 Vista Ave. SE, Salem (Southeast corner of Vista and Commercial. 10 minute drive from Capitol. Parking available)

Who: General John Kroger, Consumer Protection Committee Chairs Sen. Suzanne Bonamici, Rep. Paul Holvey, and a victim of a "mystery shopper" scam.
